1. Introduction and Acceptance of These Terms

These Website Terms of Use and Text Messaging Terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SJRP.com and any other website, webpage, online form, blog, digital resource, or electronic service operated by St John’s Recovery Place, LLC that links to these Terms, collectively referred to as the “Site.” In these Terms, “SJRP,” “St John’s Recovery Place,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to St John’s Recovery Place, LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the Site and, where applicable, a person or organization on whose behalf that person is acting. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. Where applicable law or a particular SJRP service requires affirmative consent, authorization, a signature, or acceptance of separate terms, SJRP will request that action separately. Merely accessing the Site or accepting these Terms does not constitute:

Consent to receive text messages.
Consent to receive marketing calls or emails.
Consent to medical or behavioral-health treatment.
Creation of a patient-provider relationship.
A HIPAA authorization.
Consent under 42 C.F.R. Part 2.
Agreement to recurring or automatic payments.
Admission to an SJRP treatment program.
Acceptance of a treatment plan or financial obligation.

Separate documents, consents, authorizations, or agreements may apply to admissions, treatment, payment, insurance, patient rights, privacy, employment, or other relationships with SJRP.

2. About St John’s Recovery Place

St John’s Recovery Place, LLC operates an addiction-treatment facility located at: St John’s Recovery Place, LLC 1125 N Summit St, Crescent City, Florida 32112 The Site provides general information about SJRP, addiction and recovery, treatment programs, therapies, admissions, insurance verification, payment options, employment opportunities, testimonials, and related resources. The Site also allows visitors to contact SJRP, submit certain forms, request information, communicate with SJRP, and access links to third-party services. The Site may include:

Admissions and general-inquiry forms.
Insurance-verification forms.
Online payment links.
Telephone, email, chat, and optional webform-authorized text communications.
Team-member contact forms.
Career and employment information.
Articles, blog posts, FAQs, and educational resources.
Comments, reviews, testimonials, and other public-facing content.
Photographs, video, virtual tours, maps, and directions.
Links to insurers, payment processors, social media services, accreditors, review platforms, and other third parties.

The current SJRP website identifies the Crescent City address as its primary treatment campus.

3. Relationship to Other SJRP Documents

These Terms govern use of the public Site and related general electronic communications. They do not replace or modify documents governing an actual patient, employment, payment, or other formal relationship with SJRP. Other documents may include:

SJRP’s Online Privacy Policy.
SJRP’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
Patient-rights documents.
Grievance procedures.
Admission agreements.
Treatment consents.
Authorizations for uses or disclosures of health information.
Financial-responsibility agreements.
Insurance-assignment or benefit documents.
Payment plans.
Program rules and handbooks.
Employment applications or agreements.
Vendor or business agreements.

If these Terms conflict with applicable law, SJRP’s Notice of Privacy Practices, a valid patient agreement, or another separately signed agreement concerning the same subject, the applicable law or more specific document will control for that subject. Nothing in these Terms waives, restricts, or modifies any nonwaivable patient right, consumer right, employment right, privacy right, grievance right, or other right provided by law.

4. Eligibility and Use by Minors

SJRP’s treatment programs described on the Site are currently directed to adults age 18 and older. General educational information on the Site may be viewed by a broader audience. However, you must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally authorized, to:

Enter into a binding transaction through the Site.
Make an online payment.
Consent to receive text messages.
Submit an admissions inquiry about yourself.
Authorize the use or disclosure of another person’s information.
Act on behalf of another adult.
Agree to any separate patient or financial document.

A parent, legal guardian, family member, caregiver, or other representative may contact SJRP to request general information or assistance for another person. By submitting information about another person, you represent that you are legally permitted to provide that information and that the information is accurate. Providing another person’s telephone number does not, by itself, establish that person’s consent to receive text messages or other communications from SJRP. A minor experiencing an emergency or crisis should not delay seeking help because of this section.

5. Emergencies and Crisis Support

The Site, its forms, email addresses, chat tools, and SJRP text-messaging numbers are not emergency-response services and should not be relied upon for immediate medical, psychiatric, or crisis assistance. If you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For suicide, mental-health, emotional-distress, alcohol-use, or drug-use crisis support, call or text 988. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Do not use an online form, email, ordinary SMS or MMS, blog comment, or social-media message to report an emergency. The fact that SJRP advertises admissions assistance as available 24 hours a day does not mean that every form, email inbox, text thread, employee-contact form, or social-media account is continuously monitored or capable of providing emergency assistance.

6. General Information; No Medical Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not intended to serve as, and should not be interpreted as:

An individualized medical evaluation.
A psychiatric or psychological evaluation.
A diagnosis.
A prescription or medication instruction.
Medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, insurance, or financial advice.
A recommendation to begin, stop, or modify medication.
A substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
A guarantee that a particular level of care or treatment is appropriate for you.

Substance use, withdrawal, mental-health conditions, medications, treatment risks, and recovery needs differ among individuals. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional concerning your particular circumstances. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of something you read on the Site. Blog posts and educational resources may address general research, historical information, personal perspectives, or practices that can change over time. SJRP does not guarantee that every article, citation, biography, credential description, clinical statement, or external resource remains complete or current after its publication date. SJRP may update, correct, archive, or remove Site content at any time.

7. No Patient-Provider Relationship From Website Use

Visiting the Site, submitting a form, requesting insurance verification, calling, emailing, chatting, texting, making a payment, or communicating with an SJRP representative does not by itself create a patient-provider relationship. A patient-provider relationship is established only through SJRP’s applicable admissions, assessment, consent, clinical, and documentation processes. Preliminary communications with admissions personnel may help SJRP or the prospective client determine whether further evaluation is appropriate. Those communications do not constitute:

A complete clinical assessment.
A diagnosis.
A final treatment recommendation.
A determination of medical necessity.
A promise of admission.
A guarantee of bed availability.
A promise that a particular clinician or treatment will be available.
A guarantee of insurance coverage or payment.
A treatment or financial agreement.

SJRP may require medical, clinical, legal, financial, or insurance information before determining whether admission is appropriate. SJRP may decline an admission, recommend another level of care, or provide information about other resources when permitted and appropriate. A preliminary statement by an admissions representative does not modify a subsequently signed patient, treatment, or financial agreement. SJRP may assist with transportation planning or referrals in some circumstances, but transportation is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability, safety considerations, separate providers, separate costs, and additional terms.

8. Treatment Programs, Therapies, and Services

Descriptions of treatment programs, therapies, medication-assisted treatment, aftercare, alumni services, amenities, or other offerings reflect general information available when the applicable Site content was created or last updated. Programs and services may change and may depend on:

Current licensing and accreditation.
Facility and bed availability.
Staffing and clinician availability.
Medical and clinical appropriateness.
Age and admission criteria.
Insurance or financial arrangements.
Safety considerations.
Applicable law.
The needs of the individual.
The location at which services are provided.

Not every therapy, medication, activity, amenity, or level of care is appropriate or available for every person. Mentioning a service on the Site does not guarantee that the service will be part of an individual treatment plan. Medication-assisted treatment and other medical services are subject to evaluation, prescribing requirements, informed consent, contraindications, clinical judgment, and applicable law. Nothing on the Site is a promise that a particular medication will be prescribed or administered. A page may discuss outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient treatment, sober living, aftercare, or another level of care for educational or continuity-of-care purposes. Such discussion does not necessarily mean that SJRP directly owns, operates, or currently offers that level of care at an SJRP facility. Prospective clients should confirm with admissions:

Which entity will provide the service.
The address where the service will be provided.
Whether the service is operated by SJRP or an independent provider.
The service’s current licensure and accreditation.
Current availability and admission criteria.
Whether the service is covered by the person’s insurance plan.

Accreditation, certification, or licensure references apply only to the entity, facility, service, period, and scope identified by the relevant accreditor or regulator. They do not constitute a guarantee of an individual outcome or an endorsement of every statement on the Site.

9. Locations and Geographic Pages

SJRP’s primary treatment campus is identified on the Site as being located at 1125 N Summit St, Crescent City, Florida 32112. The Site may contain pages referring to Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, or other cities, counties, or geographic areas. Unless a page expressly provides a current SJRP-operated facility address, a geographic reference may describe:

An area served by SJRP.
General educational information for residents of that area.
Transportation or admissions coordination.
A referral relationship.
Search-oriented information about treatment resources.
A location near, rather than within, the named city.

A geographic page title or reference does not, by itself, mean SJRP owns or operates a treatment facility, admissions office, outpatient program, or sober-living residence in that location. Before relying on geographic information, contact SJRP to confirm the exact facility address, operator, service offered, and current availability. Maps, directions, estimated travel distances, photographs, videos, and virtual tours are provided for general reference. They may not reflect real-time road conditions, current room assignments, current amenities, renovations, accessibility conditions, or every area of a facility.

10. Admissions and Communications With Family Members

SJRP may communicate with prospective clients and with family members, friends, caregivers, representatives, referral sources, or other people seeking general information. SJRP may provide general information without confirming whether a particular person:

Contacted SJRP.
Is being evaluated.
Was admitted.
Is currently or formerly a patient.
Received a particular service.
Is located at an SJRP facility.

Once information is subject to HIPAA, 42 C.F.R. Part 2, or another privacy law, SJRP’s ability to communicate with family members or others may be restricted unless an applicable permission, consent, authorization, or legal exception exists. A family member’s willingness to communicate with SJRP does not make that family member the patient’s legal representative or authorize access to protected records.

11. Insurance Information and Verification

SJRP may allow visitors to request a free preliminary verification of insurance benefits. “Free” means SJRP does not charge the person merely for performing the preliminary benefits-verification inquiry. It does not mean treatment or related services will be free. Insurance verification is preliminary and informational. It is not a guarantee of:

Eligibility.
Admission.
Coverage.
Medical necessity.
Prior authorization.
Insurer approval.
In-network status for every plan or service.
Payment by an insurer.
The amount an insurer will pay.
The absence of patient financial responsibility.
The final cost of treatment.

Insurance benefits, network arrangements, exclusions, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, authorization requirements, benefit limits, and medical-necessity determinations may vary by:

Insurer.
Specific insurance product.
Employer group.
Plan year.
State.
Facility.
Provider.
Level of care.
Service date.
Individual clinical circumstances.

An insurer or plan administrator makes final coverage and payment decisions under the applicable plan documents. A prospective client or responsible party may remain responsible for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, noncovered services, denied claims, or other amounts under applicable financial agreements and law. A logo, insurer name, network name, or statement that SJRP “accepts” an insurer does not guarantee that SJRP is in network with every product offered by that insurer or that every service will be covered. Insurer and network information should be confirmed for the specific person, plan, service, facility, and anticipated date of treatment. You represent that insurance information submitted through the Site is accurate and that you are legally authorized to provide it. Do not submit another person’s insurance information without appropriate authority. Use SJRP’s designated insurance-verification process for requested insurance information. Do not send insurance identification numbers, photographs of insurance cards, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through ordinary text messaging or a public comment. SJRP’s separate patient financial agreements and insurer determinations control over general insurance information on the Site. The Site currently offers an insurance-verification process and separately describes accepted insurers and payment options.

12. Online Deposits and Invoice Payments

The Site may permit a person to make an online deposit or invoice payment through a third-party payment processor. The current payment page identifies this function as an online deposit or invoice payment and redirects the payer to Authorize.Net. By initiating a payment, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The payment information you provide is accurate.
The transaction is lawful.
You are not using the payment system for fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

An online payment does not, by itself:

Guarantee admission.
Reserve a bed unless SJRP expressly confirms that in writing.
Establish medical necessity.
Establish insurance coverage.
Create a patient-provider relationship.
Replace an applicable patient financial agreement.
Resolve every balance, adjustment, or insurer claim.

The public online-payment feature is intended for one-time deposits and invoice payments. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. SJRP will not treat use of that feature as authorization for recurring charges unless a separate recurring-payment arrangement is clearly disclosed and separately authorized. Refunds, deposit treatment, patient responsibility, insurer adjustments, payment plans, and account balances are governed by applicable financial documents, SJRP policies, payer determinations, and law—not solely by these Website Terms. Third-party payment processors operate under their own terms and privacy practices. SJRP does not control the processor’s website, availability, security procedures, or transaction rules. Contact SJRP promptly if you believe a payment was entered incorrectly or without authorization. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived concerning billing disputes or unauthorized transactions.

13. General Electronic Communications

The Site may allow communication through:

Contact forms.
Admissions forms.
Insurance forms.
Email.
Telephone.
Chat.
Text messaging.
Newsletter signup.
Team-member contact forms.
Blog comments.
Social-media links.

By submitting a form, you authorize SJRP to respond by voice telephone call or email using the contact information you provide. Some forms require a telephone number so the Admissions team can return the inquiry by voice telephone call. Providing a telephone number does not authorize SJRP to initiate SMS or MMS messages. SJRP will initiate a text after a form submission only when you separately check the optional SMS-consent box. Submitting a form directed to an individual employee does not guarantee that the named person will personally review or answer it. SJRP may route the message to another appropriate team member. Electronic communications may be delayed, misdirected, filtered as spam, intercepted, viewed by someone with access to your device or account, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside SJRP’s control. Do not use ordinary email, chat, or text messaging to transmit highly sensitive information unless SJRP has directed you to an approved method. SJRP does not guarantee a response within a particular period unless it has expressly agreed otherwise. A request for information does not authorize unrelated marketing communications.

14. Email Newsletters and Marketing Emails

The Site may offer an optional newsletter or email-subscription feature. By voluntarily subscribing, you authorize SJRP to send the type of email communications described at the point of signup. You may unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or another method provided by SJRP. Unsubscribing from marketing emails may not prevent SJRP from sending legally permitted, non-promotional communications relating to:

A current inquiry.
A requested service.
An existing patient or payment relationship.
A safety or security matter.
A legal or regulatory obligation.

Newsletter consent is separate from SMS consent. Checking an email-newsletter box does not authorize text messages unless the form separately and clearly requests SMS consent.

15. SJRP Text Messaging Terms

15.1 Program Name and Sender Numbers

St. John’s Recovery Place, LLC offers the SJRP Admissions and Customer Care Text Messaging Program. SJRP may send messages through 833-397-3422, 904-990-1200, and other SJRP telephone numbers associated with the program only to recipients who have expressly opted in through an SJRP-owned webform.

15.2 Types of Text Messages

Messages under the SJRP Admissions and Customer Care Text Messaging Program may include:

Responses to inquiries.
General information about services.
Availability.
Scheduling.
Insurance-verification coordination.
Requested follow-up.

This program is not used for marketing or promotional text messages.

SJRP may use telecommunications or messaging software to route, manage, store, or respond to messages. Use of such technology does not eliminate applicable consent or opt-out requirements.

15.3 Consent for Business-Initiated Text Messages

For text messages initiated by SJRP, consent is obtained only through an SJRP-owned webform. You enter a telephone number and check a separate, optional, unchecked SMS-consent box. The form can be submitted without checking the SMS-consent box.

Some SJRP forms require a telephone number so the Admissions team can return the inquiry by voice telephone call. Providing a required telephone number does not authorize SJRP to send SMS or MMS messages. When the SMS-consent box is not checked, SJRP may use the number for a voice callback but will not initiate a text message based on that form submission.

Merely visiting the Site, accepting these Terms, entering a telephone number, checking an email-newsletter box, or submitting a form without checking the optional SMS-consent box does not enroll you in the SJRP text-messaging program.

SJRP does not use verbal consent or another offline consent method to initiate text messages under this program.

15.4 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on the nature and duration of your interaction with SJRP. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. SJRP does not guarantee that every message will be transmitted, received, or received within a particular period.

15.5 Opting Out

You may revoke consent to receive text messages at any time. Reply STOP to the telephone number that sent the message. SJRP will also honor other reasonable communications that clearly state that you no longer wish to receive text messages. You may also request an opt-out by:

Calling 904-990-1200.
Emailing compliance@sjrp.com.
Clearly communicating your request to an SJRP representative.

Reply HELP for assistance. Because SJRP may use more than one text-enabled sender number, a STOP reply should be sent to the number that messaged you. To request that all SJRP texting to your mobile number stop, call or email SJRP and clearly state that you want to stop all SJRP text messages. SJRP will process reasonable opt-out requests as required by applicable law. After an opt-out is processed, SJRP will not send additional messages covered by the request, except for a permitted confirmation message or a communication otherwise required or permitted by law. The FCC currently recognizes that a person may revoke consent to covered robotexts at any time and through any reasonable method.

15.6 Mobile Information and Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SJRP does not sell or rent:

Mobile telephone numbers.
SMS or MMS content.
Text-messaging opt-in information.
Text-messaging consent records.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SJRP may use telecommunications carriers, messaging platform providers, customer-relationship-management providers, security providers, and other service providers acting solely on SJRP’s behalf to transmit, route, support, secure, document, or maintain the requested messaging service. Those providers are not authorized to use mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Additional information is provided in SJRP’s Online Privacy Policy.

15.7 Sensitive Information and Text Messaging

Ordinary SMS and MMS may not provide an appropriate level of security for sensitive information. Do not send the following through ordinary text messaging:

Complete medical records.
Detailed treatment or psychiatric histories.
Diagnoses.
Social Security numbers.
Payment-card information.
Financial account information.
Insurance member identification numbers.
Passwords or login credentials.
Government identification documents.
Other highly sensitive personal information.

SJRP may ask you to continue a conversation by telephone, secure portal, encrypted communication method, or another more appropriate channel. When text-message information constitutes protected health information or a protected substance-use-disorder patient record, SJRP will handle that information in accordance with its Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law.

15.8 Reassigned or Disconnected Numbers

You must notify SJRP if you no longer own or use a mobile number for which you provided consent. You may not provide a number belonging to another person without that person’s authority. SJRP may suspend messaging when it learns that a number has been disconnected, reassigned, entered incorrectly, or associated with an opt-out request.

15.9 Changes or Discontinuation of the Program

SJRP may modify, suspend, or discontinue a text-messaging service or sender number, subject to applicable law. A change to these Terms does not create retroactive consent or expand the scope of consent previously given.

16. Privacy and Health Information

SJRP’s Online Privacy Policy explains how SJRP collects, uses, discloses, and protects information obtained through the Site and related communications. SJRP’s Notice of Privacy Practices explains how protected health information may be used or disclosed and describes applicable patient rights. These Terms do not constitute a HIPAA authorization or a consent under 42 C.F.R. Part 2. SJRP will use separate forms when a specific authorization or consent is legally required. Information may become subject to different privacy protections depending on:

The information submitted.
The purpose for which it is collected.
Whether a patient-provider relationship has been established.
Whether the information is maintained in a patient record.
Whether HIPAA, 42 C.F.R. Part 2, or another law applies.

Do not use a public comment, review, social-media post, ordinary email, or ordinary text message to disclose medical information or another person’s treatment status. As of February 16, 2026, updated federal Part 2 privacy requirements apply, and HHS provides updated model notices for HIPAA-covered providers and Part 2 programs. SJRP’s Notice of Privacy Practices should remain separate from, and control over, these public Website Terms for protected health information.

17. Public Comments, Reviews, Testimonials, and Other Submissions

The Site may permit visitors to submit:

Blog comments.
Questions.
Feedback.
Reviews.
Testimonials.
Messages.
Photographs or other media when expressly enabled.
Other content, collectively referred to as “User Content.”

17.1 Public Content Is Not Confidential

Content submitted through a public comment, public review, or similar public-facing feature should be treated as public. Do not publicly disclose:

Your patient status.
Another person’s patient status.
Treatment dates.
Diagnoses.
Medication information.
Insurance information.
Financial information.
Contact information.
Information about SJRP patients or former patients.
Information identifying another person without permission.

SJRP may be unable to respond publicly to a review or comment because doing so could disclose or confirm confidential information. The absence of a detailed public response should not be interpreted as agreement with a statement.

17.2 Ownership and Limited License

You retain ownership of User Content you create. When you intentionally submit User Content for public display through a Site feature, you grant SJRP a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the feature through which you submitted it. This limited license does not transfer ownership of your review or prevent you from using your own content elsewhere. It also does not, by itself, authorize SJRP to use treatment-related information, a patient photograph, or a recovery story in a separate advertisement, marketing campaign, social-media promotion, or testimonial program when a separate written authorization or consent is required by law. HHS has taken enforcement action where healthcare organizations publicly used patient success stories and photographs without valid written HIPAA authorization.

17.3 Your Responsibilities

By submitting User Content, you represent that:

The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You created it or have permission to submit it.
It does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
It does not disclose another person’s confidential or health information without lawful authority.
It is not knowingly false, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or unlawful.
It does not contain malicious code, spam, advertising, or solicitation.
It does not impersonate another person.

17.4 Moderation

SJRP may, but is not required to, review, moderate, decline, edit for formatting, close, or remove User Content when SJRP reasonably believes the content:

Violates these Terms.
Discloses sensitive or confidential information.
Violates another person’s rights.
Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or defamatory.
Contains spam, advertising, malicious code, or unrelated material.
Creates a security or operational risk.
Is submitted to an inappropriate Site feature.

SJRP’s ability to moderate content does not mean SJRP endorses or verifies all content that remains visible.

17.5 Honest Reviews and Complaints

Nothing in these Terms prohibits you from:

Posting an honest review.
Expressing a good-faith opinion.
Reporting suspected unlawful conduct.
Filing a complaint or grievance.
Communicating with a regulator, accreditor, law-enforcement agency, attorney, insurer, or healthcare professional.
Exercising a legally protected right.

SJRP will not require a consumer to assign ownership of an honest review or impose a penalty merely because the review is negative. The Consumer Review Fairness Act prohibits standardized contract provisions that restrict or penalize honest consumer reviews. This section does not protect knowingly false statements, unlawful threats, disclosures of another person’s private information, infringement, harassment, or other unlawful conduct.

17.6 Reviews and Testimonial Integrity

SJRP does not authorize the submission of fake reviews, reviews written by someone who did not have the represented experience, or reviews conditioned on expressing a particular positive or negative opinion. Any material connection, incentive, or compensation associated with a review or testimonial must be disclosed when required by law. The FTC’s Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule addresses deceptive conduct involving fake or misleading reviews and testimonials.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Submit false admissions, insurance, payment, employment, or contact information.
Use another person’s payment method without authorization.
Disclose another person’s confidential, medical, insurance, or financial information without authority.
Threaten, harass, exploit, intimidate, or defame another person.
Solicit SJRP patients, prospective clients, personnel, or Site users for unauthorized commercial activity.
Send spam, chain messages, unauthorized advertising, or mass solicitations.
Upload or transmit malware, ransomware, viruses, harmful code, or destructive content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, server, network, database, form, communication system, or administrative function.
Probe, scan, test, or circumvent Site security without written authorization.
Interfere with Site operation or another person’s use of the Site.

19. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, video, audio, software, layout, and compilation—are owned by or licensed to SJRP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, SJRP grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for lawful personal and informational purposes. Suspending access to a public website feature does not, by itself, terminate an existing patient-provider relationship. Termination, transfer, or discharge from clinical services is governed by applicable clinical standards, patient documents, policies, and law. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, privacy, disclaimer, limitation, governing-law, and user-content provisions—will continue to apply.

31. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and disputes arising solely from use of the public Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable right or applicable separate agreement, a legal action arising solely from use of the public Site may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Putnam County, Florida. These Terms do not alter:

A dispute-resolution procedure contained in a separately signed patient, employment, vendor, or financial agreement.
A patient grievance procedure.
A right to file a complaint with a regulator.
